David Dodds, Systems Administrator

David joined powersolution in June of 2018, serving as a systems administrator. His responsibilities include help desk support and proactive IT monitoring and maintenance. Additionally, he performs IT project configuration, setup, testing, and deployment tasks. Previously, Dave worked as an office manager and network administrator for Management Consultants for Professionals. His responsibilities included network design and maintenance, as well as help desk support. He performed software and hardware configuration, website design and maintenance, and help desk and end user support. David earned an Associate’s degree in Network Systems Administration, as well as Business Management. He is CompTIA A+ certified for computer technology, installation, and configuration of PCs, laptops, related hardware, and networking.
