- When did the issue first occurred?
- Is anyone else in your organization experiences the same problem?
- Are there any error messages?
- Did you take any steps in effort to remedy the issue? … etc.
Allow Remote Desktop Access:
On some occasions there is no need for an on-site visit. We can access your computer remotely.
After our technician contacts you for an issue resolution, you can start a session for a remote desktop access.
